This process includes;
- Development of appropriate capital structures
- Management of all due diligence activities
- Assisting with preparation of transaction documentation
- Pricing of Issue & valuation of the business
- Preparation of Shareholder documentation as required
- Liaise with relevant exchange in complying with all required regulations associated with any public transaction
- Source and/or provide initial seed capital for transaction
- Lead and/or manage all fund raising activities
- Sourcing underwriting and sub-underwriters to the issue
- Introducing institutional funds, stockbrokers and other investment groups to the project
- Co-ordinating investor relations activities
