Peregrine continues to be extensively involved in the SME marketspace over a number of industries, including mining and exploration, technology, bio-technology, medical devices, industrials, infrastructure and media and entertainment both in an advisory and capital raising capacity. By providing your basic details to Peregrine (on a strictly confidential basis) you will be presented with opportunities to invest in a wide range of exciting investment proposals at pre and post IPO stages.
If you qualify as a sophisticated investor under section 708 of the Corporations Act, defined as someone who has net assets of at least $2.5 million or a gross income for each of the past two financial years of at least A$250,000 a year, and have a genuine interest in being offered opportunities to invest in transactions being undertaken by Peregrine, please complete the basic application form which can be downloaded at the bottom of this page and returned in conjunction with an up to date sophisticated investor certificate completed by your accountant.
