Peregrine has the ability to draw on the expertise of a tight network of external commercial lawyers, accountants, stockbrokers, investment bankers and competent industry experts who have all worked with us on numerous and varied transactions spanning the 20 year life of Peregrine. These professionals understand the complexities involved and are able to work with us to arrive at commercial solutions in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Peregrine has developed an extensive distribution network with which it works closely in all capital raising projects. For publicly listed company raisings, there are very strong relationships in place with leading stockbroking firms which also specialise in smaller to medium sized capital raisings and IPOs. We work closely with the specific brokers appointed to a transaction to ensure a smooth transition from private to public status and that there is proper distribution of the stock as well as support provided in the secondary market.
Although working with other advisory groups and brokers, Peregrine maintains the role of overall corporate advisor, project manager and co-ordinator.
