Peregrine maintains a select team of corporate advisory specialists with complementary skills and experience. This executive team is supported by an experienced back office with strong expertise in finance, accounting, secretarial and company administration. The organisation operates as a flat structure with each project overseen by a senior executive and project management team. The project team appointed to each transaction is responsible for handling all aspects of the transaction. However, due to the flat structure Peregrine has employed, each project team can draw on the collective experience of the group when specific issues arise.
Peregrine Corporate Limited holds an Australian Financial Services License (No 237858) issued by the Australian Securities & Investments Commission. This license allows Peregrine to provide capital market advice to corporate clients and deal with high net worth sophisticated investors.
Peregrine Corporate Limited does not deal with retail investors and specifically restricts its activities to the professional or wholesale market.
